The National Alliance for Caregiving and Emblem Health co-created a booklet to help caregivers recognize and manage the many challenges that come with being a caregiver. Revised in early 2010, this resource emphasizes that it is always OK to seek and ask for help. It offers important information and guides caregivers on where to turn for help.

As one of the earliest and most powerful voices speaking for the needs of caregivers, this organization focuses on public awareness, education and caregiver support. CAN offers a richly developed and extensive toolbox full of resources, educational materials and family caregiver support, available here.
